Usually service is great here, but this time they kept my car for four days and while updated me on days 1 and 2, went silent on days 3 and 4 forcing me to call 2x and actually stop in to check on status.

Our CPO vehicle had a broken piece, not a problem. The problem was the lack of communication from many members of this branch. The mindset of the sales person that once the sale was complete it was not his job to keep us informed of our car’s service status was frustrating and not acceptable.

I had an appointment at 11:30 but my car wasn’t brought into the bay until after 12. This then pushed back my other vehicles 1:00pm appointment. Which wasn’t brought in until 2:00pm. I spent the whole day sitting in your waiting room which desperately needs some TLC. You have tiles falling off the base boards. The window wall baseboard has water damage.
