    Not a good experience. First no one calls back to give an update about how long would it take, second even if you call, you are put on hold and told that the service advisor would call back but never received any. My car was at service for 10 days. Once I got it back, it was dirty, had marks on wind screen and side windows, plus the break wobbling issue I had was still there. Severely disappointed and dissatisfied. I need to talk to service manager who is now on a week vacation before I give the car back for service as I don’t know how much time they would now take and what else won’t get fixed.

    The Service Team was great! Maria and Andrea were very responsive. Once the car was evaluated, Andrea called me with updates on the Tiguan. My car needed more than a maintenance visit, and she explained the various issues that were found - almost $3000 worth of issues! The repairs took 2 days. I also ordered and paid for a new car key, which I am still waiting to pick up.
