It is convenient for me to make an appointment for a Saturday, and your dealship has generous hours on that day. You honor the warranty without a haggle. This is true for original manufacturer's warranty or an extended warranty due to a "certified used car" purchase.

I have had all service performed at Paul Miller...the staff is friendly, the service is done promptly, and I leave satisfied. The advisor, Ms. Ernst, is aces....friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring. I spend a little more here than elsewhere but I feel it is worth it.
